  • Dry quick cooking steel cut oats  ¼ cup(s)
  • Table salt  1 pinch
  • 2% reduced fat milk  1 Tbsp
  • Unpacked light brown sugar  1½ tsp
  • Orange zest  ¼ tsp, grated
  • Pomegranate seeds  2 Tbsp
  • Shelled pistachio nuts  1 Tbsp, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare oats according to package directions in microwave or on stovetop, adding a pinch of salt. Stir in milk, sugar, and orange zest; top with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
